1) Ship copy-trading UI with one wallet (Leather or Xverse). 2) Add minimal sentiment adapter (X API) and observability basics. 3) Run closed beta on core strategy flows. What Success Looks Like: -Beta URL live. -Wallet connect works end-to-end. -≥75 beta testers. -≥80% 7-day uptime with logs/screens. -Beta feedback triage doc with top issues and fixes. *Submit report to DeGrants.
